Steven's love for real estate started early - at just 10 years old, he was helping his mom study for her real estate exam. That early exposure sparked a lifelong passion for homes, property, and helping others reach their goals.

With over 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction, Steven knows homes inside and out. He started as a union carpenter and worked his way up to project superintendent before becoming a New York State Licensed Home Inspector in 2015. Today, he is still credited as a Certified Master Inspector and Realtor® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hudson Valley Properties, Steven brings a unique skill set that gives his clients confidence at every step - from evaluating the quality of a home's construction to navigating negotiations and inspections with ease.
